Information and Instructions:
1. This application must be completed by the candidate for the Princeton Prize (Part I) and his or her supporter (Part II).
2. Both the candidate and the supporter should review information regarding the Princeton Prize contained on the Princeton Prize website.
3. In order to qualify for the Princeton Prize, the candidate must currently be enrolled in grades 9-12 in a participating region.
4. The supporter must be a teacher, adviser, community or religious leader, or other adult - not related to the candidate -
who knows about the candidate's participation in the activity described in this application.
5. Please do not supply any additional material unless it would add substantially to our understanding of the activity.
6. It may be necessary for the recipient of a cash award to provide a U.S. taxpayer identification number.
7. Applications must be submitted by January 31.
