After Dinner Speaker: Howard "Cookie" Krongard, Inspector General, U.S. State Department (unless his duties intervene).  His remarks will include his trips to Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as to Pakistan (shortly after the earthquake), to Jordan (he was in Amman the day of the hotel bombings), and to Colombia. Click here for preview of his pictures.
