 The Leo B. Welt Memorial Class of 1958 Dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2005

at the Chevy Chase Club, located at 6100 Connecticut Ave., Chevy Chase, MD

Cocktails will be served at 6:00PM, and dinner at 7:00PM

Our speaker will be Belle Sawhill, wife of our late classmate.  John, was one of the initial speakers at what has become our annual Washington, D.C. class dinner.

Belle is currently Senior Fellow and Vice President and Director of Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington.  Her topic will be “Restoring Fiscal Sanity  2005”.

The cost for the evening will be $90 per person, which includes an open bar and dinner. We are expecting a good turnout.

                    Directions to the Chevy Chase Club:

From Virginia and Maryland take I-495 (Capitol Beltway) to the Connecticut Ave. exit, and proceed south in the direction of Chevy Chase for  2.1 miles. Immediately after passing Bradley Lane, the Club entrance will be on your right.

From downtown DC proceed north on Connecticut Ave. to Chevy Chase Circle, then continue north 0.5 miles. The Club entrance will be on your left.
