Join us on a gay and lesbian tour of the Chelsea galleries. This is the
fourth time we've taken the tour. The last tour had a great crowd and
there has been a lot of demand for another! Since the art in the
galleries changes continually, this tour will be completely different
from the last one.
New York City is the world's center for contemporary art, and home to some of
the finest art galleries anywhere. New York Gallery Tours' director visits
over 100 art gallery exhibits each month and selects the 10 most fascinating
and provocative ones for you to visit, in Chelsea and beyond. You'll see the
very newest in painting, sculpture, electronic media and photography. At each
stop on the walking tour, our guide explains the artwork and leads the group
in lively discussion with a focus on art of interest to the LGBT community.
We strongly encourage you to let us know if you will attend. Last fall
we added a second tour guide due to the strong attendance. We will do
this again if we hear from enough people. Like all of our events, all
are welcome, but we especially welcome LGBT alumni from the ivy league
and seven sisters schools, as well as our friends from Stanford, NYU,
UVA, Duke, Williams, and Georgetown University. Feel free to bring your
friends, boyfriends and girlfriends!
For more information, visit New York Gallery Tours at:

Please note that the tour leaves promptly at 3:35pm.
To subscribe to our events newsletter, use our RSVP Form.
If your school has an LGBT alumni association, we will share your information with them unless you request otherwise.
