The Holidays will be over, and the New Year will have been rung in... Hopefully your life has returned to a more "normal" pace. Please join your Austin/San Antonio FFR hosts Brian Smith (Stanford), Doug Plummer (Harvard), Danny Ramon (Univ of Texas) and Shawn Cowls (Princeton - in absentia) for a cocktail at Stephen F's Bar at the Stephen F. Austin InterContinental Hotel. Make some new acquaintances and show your diversity by gathering with your LGBT university alums in the Austin/San Antonio area. If we're blessed with "outside-friendly" weather, look for us out on the bar's Terrace or inside if old man Winter is still sticking around. Brian will wear a PINK shirt to make the group easy to find. And as always, please feel free to bring your friends and partners with you! We love a crowd...

Located on the 2nd floor of the Austin Intercontinental, Stephen F's is a comfortable, club-style bar popular with both hotel and local guests. The bar features an upscale tequila menu, with tequila-based drinks reflecting the history of both the hotel and the history of this specialty liquor. The wrought-iron Terrace on the 2nd floor is an extension of Stephen F's Bar and wraps around the southwest corner of the hotel. It overlooks both Congress Avenue and 7th Street, with a spectacular view of the Capitol. The Terrace features outside seating and offers a wide selection of wines by the glass, cordials, cigars, upscale appetizers and an extensive tequila menu.

We welcome lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered alumni from the Ivy League and Seven Sisters schools, University of Texas-Austin, Stanford, and UC Berkeley as well as their partners and friends!
