We're heading out to Brooklyn to catch the last gasp of
summer with our women. Our Brooklyn event tends to bring over 100 women
from all over New York City, so we're very excited to be doing it again!
We're converging at Cattyshack. Cattyshack is an amazing women's space
in Brooklyn! Downstairs is a dance space that gets hopping late
Saturday night. Upstairs is a spacious bar and an outdoor deck. We'll
be outdoors on the deck, weather permitting, otherwise we'll take over
the space adjoining the bar upstairs.
We welcome our women alumnae from the Ivy League, Seven Sisters,
Stanford, NYU, Duke, UVA, Georgetown and Northwestern. And of course
they are welcome to bring their friends of any gender. Alumni, faculty,
staff, and students that are over 21 are welcome. Thanks to our hosts
Shawn Cowls of FFR/Princeton BTGALA, Athena of Dartmouth GALA & NYU,
Susie Kandel of Dartmouth GALA, Heidi Russell & Mari Morimoto of Cornell
University GALA, Natasha & Libby from Yale GALA, Karen Kranack of The
Georgetown GLBT Alumni Group, Adrienne Mundy-Shephard of Harvard GLC.
Note that the bar requires ID to enter.
Directions: Take R or M to Union St. Walk south a block and half on 4th
Avenue to Cattyshack!
To subscribe to our events newsletter, use our RSVP Form.
If your school has an LGBT alumni association, we will share your information with them unless you request otherwise.
