Scholarship Opportunities for Current Princeton Students

We are currently accepting scholarship applications seeking funding for undergraduate and graduate independent research projects.

Application for Funding
Interested applicants should submit the following:

  • Name, class or Princeton University relationship, phone number, email, and postal address,
  • Class or Princeton University relationship,
  • Department, Advisor, and Advisor phone number and/or email address
  • A description of their work and its relevance to the LGBT community,
  • A summary of expenses, including amounts and when needed, and
  • A summary of secured or anticipated funding from other sources
  • Expected completion date
  • Submit the above by email to: Emily Wood, Mark Blasius, and Debra Bazarsky (ehwoodATsbcglobalDOTnet, mblasius2005ATyahooDOTcom, bazarskyATPrincetonDOTedu).

    Deadline
    Applications for spring funding should be received by March 15 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The deadline for summer funding is May 1. The deadline for fall funding is October 15.

    Your Responsibility
    Scholarship recipients are required to provide a copy of the completed work to Debra Bazarsky, Director of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Center, in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students. Ten percent of any funding award will be withheld until a copy of the work is received.
