Welcome!
The Princeton Club of Rochester, New York exists to build and maintain among local alumni a high level of awareness of and involvement in activities related to Princeton University and its alumni, students, faculty and administration. We serve alumni in the greater Rochester area who live within the zip codes 14400 to 14699. Our goals include:

  •   finding and encouraging qualified applicants to apply to Princeton and to matriculate if they are accepted
  • encouraging broad participation in Annual Giving and the Club Scholarship Fund
  •   sponsoring events that encourage Rochester-area Princetonians to interact via a wide array of educational, cultural, community service, and Princeton-related entertainment programs
  •   enhancing Rochesterians' awareness of Princeton and of the activities of its alumni and friends

Membership Has Its Privileges
Your membership in the Princeton Club of Rochester helps the club continue to grow and flourish by providing much-needed funds for communications and event sponsorship. (Board members' meeting expenses are covered by a separate fund.) Your membership ensures that you'll continue to receive club mailings, discounts on event participation, and, beginning in 2005, the Rochester Princetonian, a handy phone-and-address directory of Rochester-area alumni, updated annually. PCR Helps Support Tiger Program at Seneca Park Zoo
Funds raised by the Princeton Club of Rochester have been instrumental in enabling Rochester's Seneca Park Zoo to keep several rare Amur tigers, including Prince and Sascha, and to support a breeding program to create more of these rare and beautiful tigers, which are endangered in their wild environment.

More information about Sasha and Prince, about the characteristics and habits of Amur tigers, and about the Species Survival conservation programs is available at the Seneca Park Zoo website.
More information about the various species of tigers themselves can be found at http://www.5tigers.org.
