Welcome

The Princeton Club of Philadelphia was founded in 1868 and is among the nation's oldest Princeton regional alumni associations. With thousands of members in the greater Philadelphia region, the Club sponsors a variety of activities throughout the year. From picnics for incoming freshman to young alumni happy hours, pre-game parties, and cultural events, there is something for everyone.

Our mission is to promote the interests of Princeton University and her greater Philadelphia area alumni, as well as those of current and prospective students. We also endeavor to support certain Princeton- related charitable purposes, which enhance the local reputation of the University and the Club, and to foster good fellowship among Princeton alumni, their families and friends.

Goals:

1. To assist and augment admissions related activities of Princeton University;

2. To reinforce and complement Princeton's need-based financial aid policy;

3. To conduct programs and events for members and their guests of educational, cultural, and social value;

4. To counsel students and alumni on career choices;

5. To support certain University-related and local community causes. For example, the Club is working with the Princeton Prize in Race Relations.
