The happy hour, at Le Bar Lyonnais (downstairs from Le Bec-Fin) will feature drink specials and complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
During dinner, Chef Perrier will discuss the menu and some
of the highlights of his 50 years in the restaurant industry, while Brian
McMahon will explain the wine pairings. Marc Grika,
the general manager in charge of all of Chef Perrier’s
restaurant, will also speak about Le Bec-Fin and
current trends in the restaurant industry.
