The Navy Yard And The Bold Plans For Its Redevelopment

Hear Peter Longstreth ‘66, President and CEO of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) discuss the progress to date and the exciting future developments for The Navy Yard.  This program, organized by the Wharton Club of Philadelphia, will provide an opportunity to see the Navy Yard’s waterfront, beautifully renovated historic buildings, and mothballed naval ships first-hand and to ask questions of the principals charged with the redevelopment of this 1,200-acre site.  A light buffet of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres along with wine, beer and soft drinks will be served.
