TOPIC: "Understanding your own communication style and that of others"
Whether you are in the midst of a job search or simply wish to be successful in the business world, it is important to learn how to communicate with people without getting your signals crossed. Bob Kress will present an overview of
communication styles, including how to determine your own communication style and that of others.

Bob returns for his fourth presentation to Philly NetNight. Bob Kress has for 13 years been active in the professional executive transition industry as senior consultant to Right Management Consultants And Drake Beam Morin, Inc., two of America's leading career development firms. Previously Bob has enjoyed several successful careers. He served as President of Godiva Chocolates, responsible for bringing Godiva to the United
States. In Sun Valley, ID, where he also served as president of the city council, Bob was a successful land developer of Bigwood. He has directed new ventures for The Franklin Mint. He founded, grew, and
successfully sold his own business in food services. He has also worked in the advertising industry. Bob is also active as a community volunteer and serves Princeton as president of the Class of 1949. Bob brings a wealth of
experience and insight to the challenge of career development.

4.At least 50 resumes (to swap with other participants)
5.A rehearsed 60 second elevator speech to tell us who you are, what you do,
where you are going, what you would like from the group, and what you might
offer the group.
