Mar 26, 2011: Celebration of Penick Award. The Princeton Club of India was graciously invited by Victoria Whitford *07 MPP, First Secretary, British High Commission in New Delhi, and her husband Jeremy Kahn, to celebrate the S. Barksdale Penick Award that was presented to our India ASC Co-Chairs Alice Easton '09 and Rahul Mehra '07 this year by Princeton University. This award recognized their great achievement in organising Princeton interviews for students from India. This was also an opportunity to say goodbye to Jeremy and Victoria who will be leaving, after their four wonderful years in India.
Penick Award Celebration, New Delhi
Jan 7, 2011: The Princeton Club of India kicked off the New Year with an event to welcome the Princeton Bridge students held at the beautiful home of fellow alum Donald Lu on Amrita Shergil Marg in New Delhi. They were accompanied by staff from Where There Be Dragons who are responsible for organizing and running Bridge programs in India and elsewhere. The Bridge Year Program allows a select number of Princeton students to delay the start of their freshman year in order to engage in nine months of University-sponsored service at one of four international locations.
